The Katek Group formed the Electronics division at Primepulse and is one of the leading EMS service providers in Germany. 

In 2018, Primepulse decided to consolidate the activities of ETL Elektrotechnik Lauter, Steca Elektronik, and Katek under the Katek brand. Since then, the new corporate identity has served as the basis for the unified brand presence. In spring 2024, Katek was sold to Kontron AG.

As part of the brand development, the positioning, brand description, and corporate design were created.
